About Mike Bain

I have been a full time Real Estate Professional since 2000, beginning in Raleigh. In February 2003, I had the opportunity to work with a new home builder that our brokerage represented in Wilmington which enabled my wife and I to make the move to the coast. In 2005 after the project was completed we decided to stay in Wilmington and begin a new chapter in my real estate career. Our love for the area made this an easy decision!

The world of real estate is always moving in different directions. To keep up with current trends, I take every opportunity to continue my learning in every aspect of the business. I am proud of the national designations that  I have received through my advanced education.  These designations include: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI).

 Besides my experience in New Home Sales, I also have expertise with helping families in selling their current homes and/or assisting them with purchasing their dream homes. I also handle Bank Owned, Foreclosed, REO Properties, Short Sales and Investment Properties.
